Joyce holds a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine & Osteopathy) with RMIT University. In her time of practising osteopathy, Joyce also developed an interest in exercise rehabilitation, leading her to pursue additional study in this field whereby she obtained a Certificate IV in Pilates and a Diploma of Clinical Pilates with Breathe Education. She enjoys treating people of all ages and stages of life, working with musculoskeletal presentations ranging from headaches to foot pain and everything in between. Joyce uses a variety of treatment methods including massage, stretching, joint manipulation, dry needling, cupping and exercise prescription which is specifically tailored to the needs and requirements of each individual.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) with RMIT University. Before studying osteopathy, Irene completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Dietetic Practice at La Trobe University. She became interested in osteopathy after working in dietetics, where she learnt how certain health presentations can be positively changed by the combination of all facets of osteopathy and changes to metabolic health via dietary means. Whilst studying osteopathy, Irene developed an interest in exercise rehabilitation, where she completed an internship with RMIT’s Sports Academy and obtained qualifications as a clinical Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
As a dietitian, Irene enjoys helping others improve their diets by helping them understand the relationship between diet and disease and outlining the importance that food has in obtaining and maintaining optimal health. As an osteopath, Irene enjoys treating a range of musculoskeletal presentations which encompasses sports injuries to acute and chronic presentations including headaches, foot pain and everything in between. Her osteopathic treatment and management approach is tailored to each individual, utilising a combination of manual osteopathic techniques, dry needling, cupping, taping, exercise rehabilitation and education to help those progress to where they need and want to be. With skills in the above areas, she is able to assist her patients adopt an active approach to self-management and reach their goals, be it whether that is a return to work, sport or a part of everyday life they enjoy.
